Default Do your headaches correlate with your neck pain/discomfort?

Hi,

So I was feeling pretty good the last 3 days, and today as soon as I woke up I knew it was gonna be a rough day because my neck was feeling bad. Over the course of the last few months, I've noticed a correlation between my neck pain and headaches. Whenever I have a "good" neck day, my head feels a lot better. Whenever I have a sore, painful neck, my head feels worse.

Does this happen to anybody else? I wonder if it's a common thing or whether it's a big sign telling me the root cause of my issues is my neck.
