Hey guys,
I've been reading up on foods to reduce inflammation, and I'm looking to see if anybody has found any foods that they've found help. I've been reading into pommegranate juice and its prostaglandin inhibiting properties so going to try this and see. Anybody tried it before? Also are there any foods out there people have found helped with PCS? I'm also currently taking an assortment of vitamins daily but still have to take naproxen as a result of lingering PCS symptoms. Thanks guys and hope everybody out there is doing well and getting better ![]() |
