Bubbie,
Welcome to NeuroTalk. Sorry to hear you are struggling so. Your dream could be a result of the emotional trauma you experienced. Add a concussion to the emotional trauma and the mind can do strange things. All you would need is a simple thought about a stressful issue before bed and your mind can take that idea and build it into strange things. I've been there. At least your dreams are not horrifying like some experience. What are you doing about your dizziness and vision problems ? They are quite common. Are you struggling with any other problems ? What is your routine like the few hours before trying to go to sleep ? For many of us, sleep takes effort. I prepare for sleep two hours in advance. |

Bubbie,
Just worry probably. I went through a spell like that with my wife and it was unfounded. I will second what Marknsays about thoughts before sleep. I went through several months where tiny negative thoughts turned into crazy magnified worry during sleep. That is going away now. Bud |

I have been trying to rest and limit my TV and phone time. I will be going to the concussion clinic soon and just started some meds.My sleep schedule is a complete flop every night I lay down for bed around 9 o'clock and I don't usually fall asleep until 4am. I believe the meds I am on help with my sleep.
