I currently have the symptom of light sensitivity. I usually wear dark sunglasses around brighter lights and the sun but today the sun shone unexpectedly in my eyes for 10-15 seconds. It hurt my eyes and caused them to tear up a little.
Does anyone know if this type of exposure can damage the brain similar to another hit to the head? I am concerned that I will have worse light sensitivity and worsening cognitive symptoms as a result of today's mishap. I'm just trying to gauge what kind of setback to expect from this. Thanks Dan |
