Default What pain medication for head pressure has worked for you?

So I've been on 100mgs of Tramadol for months now for my headaches/head pressure, which is my main symptom. I take 100mgs in the afternoon and 100 mgs in the evening with 6 hours in between. While they do help keeping my headache at a mild level most of the time, they are slow acting and definitely don't help with the head pressure.

Has anyone found anything to work well for their head pressure? I don't wanna take any opioids since I'm scared of rebound headaches but was wondering if anyone can suggest anything that has worked for them.
