Default Epley Maneuver

Has anyone had the Epley Maneuver done, and if so, did it help?

The Epley maneuver can be very helpful to those who have the condition it treats. If vertigo is not due to crystals being out of place, it will not help. The only way to know is by trying it. There are YouTube videos that show how to do it at home. It takes precise movements. Some PT's know how to do it.
