I admire you, really and Im at the same time sorrxm that you must have been struggling. It was so serious accident that you had to deal with such a hell for 50 years? Did you find out how it is possible that someone have PCS for 2 mths and another person for 50 years? Thats strange, isnt it?

My concussion at 10 years old was quite severe. It changed me permanently. I have had 13 concussions since with some causing a bit more permanent dysfunctions. Others were just temporarily symptomatic. Usually, the permanent dysfunctions were very subtle. I would only notice them during stressful times. It is very common for stress and anxiety to cause a relapse of PCS symptoms. |
