Default Needing some advice on how to get through the days

I spend the majority of my time in my dark quiet room. It's been about 2 years with PCS and my patience is getting less and less.

This past year I got worse.

I still have hope, but I'm not prepared to live the rest of my life like this. Any advice on a good mindset or self talk would be appreciated.
