Most of the non-brain issues are soft tissue strains to the neck with slight displacement of cervical vertebra. An MRI will not show this. Very few radiologist will even look for the very fine signs of such an injury. With DDD complicating the matter, there is no way to suggest what may be new and what is old injury.

The present issue is simple. Treat or deal with the symptoms. Chemo can cause concussion like symptoms as it chemically/toxically challenges the brain (chemo brain).

With your Lyme disease complications, you likely already have learned to deal with prolonged PCS symptoms, other than headaches. Your Lyme disease symptoms are complete overlaps of PCS symptoms.

Thanks for your advice.

I have not done chemo so that is not an issue but radiation didn't seem to help these brain issues either.

It is very hard to distinguish new symptoms because having Lyme Disease issues for decades and causing this head injury smack dab in the middle of my radiation treatments, it is hard to differentiate.

Newest symptoms, I think....being much more spacey, almost dopey like smoking weed, very fatigued(but radiation does that), and I get very dizzy with any sudden turn of my head or I just get more dizzy, almost feeling like I am going to faint. I had to leave a shopping cart full of food inside the market and go home a couple weeks ago because I felt so faint.
