I used to feel really bad after taking a shower. Then I started thinking that maybe the stream of the water was to hard. So when I wash my hair now I almost turn the water off, so that it comes out very soft. Since then I have no more problems after a shower

i have had problems with showers as well...it was over stimulation and i would always feel sick and have to go straight to bed...

problem solved when we moved and i now take a jetted bath...

100% better than a shower!!!

I must say I have no issues with showers.

For me my difficulties seem to be all about sensory input from other humans and electronics - things that fluctuate. A constant stream of water doesn't bother me at all. I'm thankful that this doesn't affect me negatively. Gotta count the blessings.
