Hello everybody,

Are there anybody who have experience with diagnosting and treating a neck injury in a Multi Cervical Unit http://www.btetech.com/mcu.htm?

And have you tried Acetyl-L-Carnitine with notable effect? I am considering buying it, but am note sure weather it is a waste of money.
