I don't think anybody here would recommend attending a rave while still symptomatic. What other intense activities are part of your lifestyle ?
You may be bringing all of your struggles on by lifestyle behaviors. On a 0 (best) to 10 (worst) scale for suggested activities while manifesting PCS symptoms, a rave would be 50. Feeling 9/10 is meaningless until you have a week or 2 of continuous 9/10. Then, activity levels can be increased and tested. Symptoms often manifest after a day delay. |

I suggest only slowly adding back activities, in baby steps...
The possible after effect of the rave is a warning that you aren't ready for normal things yet.. Ease back into activities as you can tolerate with no increase in symptoms.
