Confused Moved countries and then bumped my head

Hi all,

hope everyone's doing well. I've been on and off this forum for a few months, had my concussion about a year ago and have had PCS since then.

I'm writing because after a minor head bump yesterday (I was standing up while skyping my mom and hit my head on the low-hanging ceiling), I started to get a headache and was overall disoriented, although I was feeling disoriented from PCS before I even hit my head. I have been experiencing brain fogginess, on and off headaches, and slight light sensitivity since then. I'm not sure if it could possibly be another concussion because it only hurt for a second after contact, but I've been obsessing over it ever since it happened. :/

A compounding factor might be that I've moved countries (and time zones) within the last week and I'm still somewhat jet lagged. Would that predispose me to another injury from a bump on the ceiling, or do you think it's just my PCS acting up from stress and the new environment?

Thanks for listening!

I think it is just stress acting up from the move and such. A bit of contact point pain is meaningless. I suggest you find a different location to Skype.

Hah yes I'll definitely do that. I don't think obsessing over the symptoms is doing me any good.
