Default I need some help please, not TBI or PCS

This is connected but didnt' start from these things.

I've always dealt with these symptoms just decided I needed to find out if there is a reason for the problems. They may be worse thanks to my falls, but I know its not all the falls.

I have a VNG and a MRI. THis is the results.

VNG reveals several central abnormalities including slow velocity and prolonged latency with saccades, abnormal OPK bilateral and low VOR gain.
MRI of the brain was unremarkable.
Vestibular rehabilitation for central vestibular abnormalitites, balance is being started.

Trying to understand my problems.

Does anyone understand this stuff.
