Is it a PCS relapse or anxiety??????Its been a while since I posted here so I thought I would check in to see if any of my fellow PCS sufferers have to live with what I live with on a daily basis. Its been two years since my PCS symptoms calmed down. They never fully went away but I feel pretty good most of the days. However, its seems that the slightest hit impact on ,my head will make my brain fog kick in. Whether its a pillow nudge from a forearm during a hug......my mind immediately starts self analyzing. I really cant tell if its anxiety or a relapse. it usually will last a couple of days and then go away.
your thoughts.
