Thank you Mark and Norwegian, your input has ad will be helpful for me in the future. I've tried to cut back much of my lifting and strenuous exercise to several weeks out from any symptoms, but struggle when the weather gets worse to do anything else. I had been playing golf more and walking to get exercise, but the lack of sunlight has put a halt on that. I've also done a lot of PT to ensure my neck stays stretched out and in the right spot while lifting. I wondered at one point if I'd need to see an ortho as I still get occasional needle like pain down my neck and trap from the initial concussion August 2014. Mark you are correct as I also do see many symptoms come on the day after lifting and not right after or that night even.
