Yes, our experiences do seem similar. My tinnitus only came 7 days after the event so I'd go with 2 on your list, inflammation. Not sure about the vestibular injury, it does feel like it - but it could be neural, getting tested for this is pretty difficult where I am. With an element of whiplash I would say it's possible. I think the main damage was to my autonomic system - i.e. sleep, heart rate, body temperature, gut. Also, my hormone system, dry eyes, depression (low serotonin?). My cognitive function has been fine, I could still write code and reason quickly.

Yes, fingers crossed for 24 month report, I don't see why we can't continue to improve.
