Default Sensitivity to hits

Hi everybody,

Like a lot of you, I have the problem, that very small head bumps gives me concussion symptoms. These setbacks usually take 2-6 days to resolve before I'm back to my usual PCS mode.

This condition was triggered by 5-6 major hits to my head in 2014 (after the first 4 hits nothing happened, but the 5 and 6 I am still suffering from although its 10 month ago). The hits were not extreme big but more like e.g. walking in to a door frame, standing up in a heavy lamp etc.

I am now concerned, that I in the future cannot tolerate major hits, and that they will damage/set me back like hit nr. 5 and 6. This makes it impossible to have the life I am currently having.

Are there any of you who have heard of or know of someone, who has rebuilt their tolerance to major hits? In short, will every major hits from now on cost me 10 month or more to resolve?

Except for anxiety/stress (which I am working on), I am living a brain friendly life with good sleep patterns, eating healthy, nutritional supplements etc. Does any of you have a clear opinion abouth whether the sensitivity is a psychological/anxiety problem or a physical problem?
