I'd swap out the Super Stress B Complex. It is hardly worth taking. Get a B-50 Complex and add 1000 to 2500 mcgs of methylcobalamin B-12. The 125 mcgs of cyanocobalamin B-12 is lacking.

Add D-3. A D-3 with mag citrate or Mag maleate is worthwhile.

Make sure your magnesium is not mag oxide. That is a laxative with little absorption value. A mag citrate/calcium citrate combo is good.

The Alive Multi is OK if you take the three tablets a day as labeled. Wow, it's expensive.
