Default Post concussion symptoms

Hi!
Ever since I had a concussion about a year ago, I've felt pressure on the top of my head- like a weight pressing down. I've also noticed that my fingers are shakier than they used to be. Beyond these two symptoms, I don't really have any of the other post concussion symptoms. I was wondering if anyone deals with these symptoms/how they've managed them. Thanks!!
