Default Sensory Overload in Shower

Oh How I wish I had been told to wear ear plugs when showering - helps to cut down the sensory overload that some of us get whilst showering. Think that I may have been told but it never made it to action sequence. I left a pair of earplugs on hand basin and when I returned to take a shower the visual reminder was there . . . guess that ear plugs will now be left on show in the bathroom until it becomes habitual to shower with them in.

Yeah, they make a big difference from me. I had posted this a few months ago and I suspect this small act would be helpful to many... definitely worth trying if your bothered by sound.
