As I mentioned earlier, heading practice is worse than the occasional header during a game. The frequency of heading creates a bigger risk.
US Youth Soccer is just starting to understand the issues. 14 years should be the minimum age based on brain physiology. PlaySmart, Are you a PCS sufferer or an activist for PlaySmart ?
