It has been over 2 years and I would give anything for a good nights sleep! I can fall asleep without issue, but wake between 2am and 4am and usually can't go back to sleep. I know that this is common but I thought I would open up a discussion to see if there is anything that others have found to be helpful to improving their sleep post TBI.
