I used to take 250mg twice a day and it was about the only supplement that made me feel a lot better and sharper. I recommended it a few times on here.

I got another pack around Christmass, and this time they gave me a different brand that had 700mg per capsule. This one I don't respond to so well. I feel really woozy after this one, even if I take half a capsule.

I hadn't checked how strong it was at first. But then I took 2 capsules before going to the gym once (it literally had a sign that said take 2 capsules prior to physical activity), and I got extremely nausous in the gym for about 5 minutes. Had to sit in a chair and ask a friend to get me my keys. I honestly thought I'd have to call somebody to take me because I felt so dizzy I couldn't walk. Then it passed and I went on to work out for like 1.5 hours with no problems whatsoever.

I tried taking just one capsule after that and then reduced it to half but I don't seem to get any of the good effects anymore (or maybe because it's a different brand?). I keep getting a little dizzy from it so today I decided to stop taking it.

I feel a lot better mentally anyway so I no longer feel the need to stuff myself with pills constantly. But I do drink lots of coffee, though. Coffee's good if your head can take it (mine couldn't for over half a year).

I've heard it's good. I take a supplement called Neuro Optimizer and it has ALC in there.
