Hi There
I got some hormone testing done and my doctor said that my adrenals are "kaput". He said that all of the stress from my injury and the aftermath caused them to decline. I did a quick search about this and the list of symptoms is right on for me...http://www.adrenalfatiguerecovery.co...-symptoms.html It lists exhaustion, dizziness and lightheadedness, stress and exercise intolerance as symptoms, which are some of my main problems. But these seem to overlap with symptoms of PCS. The doctor gave me some hormone support supplements, but that is about it. Does anyone else have experience with this or have this diagnosis too? I'm wondering how it relates to PCS? Are there other things I can do to help this get better? The information on the internet does not seem very clear. Thank you.

What hormone support supplements did he give you ?
Are you taking the suggested vitamin regimen ? It is part of supporting proper adrenal function. Even the adrenal fatigue experts list a similar regimen.

Once I was diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue. But that was over 20 years ago. It was caused by too much stress in my life. I think I still have it.
