Looper,

Your deer beats my anchor!

Your question has come up a lot since I have been around.

I have always been pretty active and was grounded after my injury. The way I found my way back was to learn what was actual and what was anxiety caused symptoms. It took a little careful pushing and comparing notes.

I am still working on that after 22 months but at a higher level of activity.

I found anxiety to be a very clever opponent but it does have its tells, when I recognized a symptom as anxiety I would push a little harder.

Not sure if this makes sense.

Good luck and be patient with yourself.

Bud
