Default Still Have Blood Shot Eyes 10 months post concussion

I wake up most days with bloodshot eyes that only get worse as the day goes on. Usually accompanied by stinging or feeling tired. Have talked to ENT, neurologist, primary care doc. No help or suggestions. Was given eye drops which temporarily relieve the stinging.
Anyone know what could cause this to linger after all this time?? My concussion was caused by forward fall with some facial bruising and swollen eyes but am very bothered by this. Especially end of day not to mention I look like Ive been drinking or on drugs!! Help

Hi there,
Is this new or have you had bloodshot eyes since your concussion.

Sometime last year you posted that your doctor said you had high intracranial pressure. Did that resolve? I can't remember and I can't find it in your posts. Maybe your bloodshot eyes are connected to that.

My intracranial pressure for the most part is gone. Every now and again with certain exercises I feel slight pressure. I've never had a problem with bloodshot eyes, allergies etc. Optometrist told me no correlation between concussion and bloodshot eyes. I disagree. He gave me eye drops which do nothing. Thanks for keeping up with my posts and yes the bloodshot eyes started as initial symptom after concussion

The information I found labels blood shot eyes as idiopathic. That means the doctors have no clue. Other than Ocular Rosacea, they don't seem to understand chronic blood shot eyes.

Do you have rosacea on the skin on your face ? Rosacea is redness on your face.

I had slightly bloodshot and dry eyes for a long time, they were quite sore on and off for a year or more. I thought it might be a hormone imbalance but never got to the bottom of it and put it down to my general lack of sleep.
