Frown Head pressure on left temple area from TBI or Propecia?

Hello,

I fell about a year ago skiing and took about 4 months to recover from PCS - this last July I hit my head on a glass chandelier on the top/left side of my skull. This hit definitely gave me another concussion, and gave me that lightheaded altered consciousnesslike feeling. More or less, it has not hurt but that lightheaded feeling is still there.

Last October, I began talking Propecia (finasteride) for male pattern baldness - slowly increasing my dosage to .5 mg every other day. A few weeks ago I increased the dosage to .5 every day.

Sometime in January I began to feel a head pressure in my left temple area that is more of a pressure feeling than a headache, and its been getting worse to the point that I don't know how much more I can take.

I stopped taking the Propecia 3 days ago but the feeling is still there - but I'm not sure if the Propecia or my old head injury is causing the pressure/pain. Very anxious.

Can anyone help?
