I use venlafaxine for generalized chronic pain. The reduction of the pain is notable and my side effects were. Dreams every day (many dreams every night, sometimes i can remember these dreams), and more difficult to get pleasure/ejaculate on my sex life? im not sure but it can be too. Hope it can help someone.
