As for what symptoms - all of them improved. It's very hard to believe since diet sounds like mambo jumbo about "lifestyle" and overall health which millions of people can ignore without any serious consequences, but for many of us it was like something that saved our lives. I wouldn't ever believed if I heard that from anyone.

One could sleep on the most high tech pillow made and still have issues with neck inflammation. For me, I needed minimal lift and tilt to resolve my neck issues. I'm not saying you need to change yours, just that what worked in the past may not work now or in the future even though it feels comfortable. The neck injuries common to concussion are very subtle.
