Last night i was at the bar with my friends. As I was walking outta the bathroom, there were two steps leading up to wear the bar was. When walking up them, I missed the last step and fell directly on my chin. I didnt use my hands to brace my fall or anything, my chin took all of it. I started bleeding but it stopped after a little while. I woke up this morning and my jaw felt very stiff, but i had no headache or anything. I have a lot of health anxiety so when it happened I immediately panicked and my first thought was "brain damage". Do you think I will be OK?

My opinion is you will be OK. Anxiety about it will only make any minor symptoms worse. Your TMJ may be sore for a while. Ouch.
