Cheers mark, I actually struggle to sleep without propping my head up on 3 pillows, although perhaps I should train myself to sleep with the one, it seems to aggravate my symptoms quite badly, which i consider to be to do with he blood flow, or as the doc says, the pressure. To be quite frank i have no idea why walking/lying/sitting down is causing anxiety, i'm just going to have to work through it. At the end of the day, I cant spend my live stood up doing nothing can I ! hopefully the meds help.
