Hello guys, great to join the community, have tried to steer clear of computers for a good while, but decided to start using them again for short periods throughout the day.
Currently, my recovery is unbelievably up and down, one day I almost feel myself, the next i'm majorly depressed, the next i'm experiencing anxiety beyond belief. My head is ridiculously sensitive to movement, the slightest sudden movement gives me strange double vision (images stay in my vision for half a second after ive looked at something, its not constant double vision if that makes sense) and the periods of depression seem to be brought on by these movements and last 2 days or so. I'm currently seeing a physio and ear specialist who say this is hypersensitivity and i'm beginning to move thing slowly and seeing some results in the tolerance to movement, however sneezing is enough to make everything as hypersensitive as it was before (very frustrating process). Has anyone else experienced this ? Also, the anxiety is brought on by what i can only assume is sudden rushes of blood to the head ( If I lie down straight after walking up the stairs it will happen, if I have sex it will happen, If I walk up a hill too fast it will happen) . Anyway, was just sharing my current situation and seeing if anyone has any advice or experiences of their own like this, Cheers, Sean ![]() |
