Default mTBI - Use it or lose it - Brain Rehab
After 2 years of resting I am wondering I should push it through the symptoms? This seems to be a new approach opposite to take it easy. It mentions about the parts of the brain which went through trauma - getting to work, exercising the brain, regenerating and reenergizing specific brain functions specifically for mTBI.
