Thumbs down Oh boy what did I do ?

So I'm feeling like I did about 2 mo. Ago like I relapsed in my recovery. I'm having some issues that had went away before and not sure why they are back. I'm having noise sensitivity, small pains in head and body like nerve pains, other pains in head, sensitivity to loud tv and music or people making noises, seems to be giving me anxiety again bad. What happened? I didn't hit my head or anything? I'm 7 mo. Post concussion. Did I do something wrong ? Also I had a bad headache on monday.. the only thing I did different was take a multivitamin. I don't know why this is all happening again. I'm scared !

These undefinable setbacks happen without any understanding to many. Some times, the person just does not remember the causation event or there may not even be a causation event.

A bad night or two of sleep can cause this, too. Or, an allergic reaction like hay fever, etc.

For most, given time, things return to normal.

So would allergies to trees or having a cold a week n half ago do that ? Maybe I did more than I usually do last week is all I did different. But if that's the case does that mean I can't do more ? So I'm just this way forever?

I thought about it .. I had a pretty bad headache on monday which isn't like me to have that bad. Would that cause the pins and needles pain ? I have it in my head and some parts of my body. Is this bad ? Should I call my neurologist? I'm worried

Sweet,

I have been making a lot of progress the last 3 months or longer with only minor bumps in the road.

This week has been backwards to stuff I haven't experienced for awhile and I haven't a clue why.

It sure isn't the first time but it will settle down again as sure as it showed up again.
