Mark,

I hate to bug you, you do a lot of research on our behalf already, but!

Do you know anything about the supplement SAMe? I am thinking about giving it a try.

I've never tried it. It appears to have some anti-inflammatory benefit that can help with osteoarthritis and some anti-depressant value.
