Default Best Resources for Explaining PCS to Family and Friends

Can someone please tell my which articles, YouTube clips, etc. they have found to be the best at explaining PCS to people who do not suffer from it?

The "You Look Great" You Tube is worthwhile. The whole series may not be available. It appears than the author, John Byler had a setback after a few years and may have removed the last segment. The Vitamins sticky has a few links at the bottom of the first post for others to read.
