Default Concussion Recovery & PTSD & Fibro

http://www.wellnessresources.com/hea...tes_take_note/

This is a theory of Byron Richards on Concussion Recovery and nutrients needed..I just re-read it as I skimmed over it, but this time did not. Read it carefully. I went thru a Fibro emotional HIT back in 1999. I can still remember what happened to my body, it went into a frozen mode. I think a lot of it was not having thyroid supported but also read so much about the hypothalamus going thru trauma.

Richards talks a lot about the thalamus in this article and how all this is connected and in the all the nutrients he talks about including MSM and many others, I've been taking them all. I'm into about 10 yrs with MSM powder and all the other supps too. MSM reduces pain. Grape Seed Ex works on all circulation.

I don't feel a great deal of pain, chronic achy pain and OA issue pain but I'm managing it all. I'm still not sure about the Fibro dx but maybe it's so as I've read that emotional and physical trauma cause FMS.

I think this is an excellent article and theory and wanted to share it here. Sure makes sense to my unscientific mind. C
