Default Spots in vision

I have noticed I am getting coloured spots and firefly like (don't know how else to describe it) spots in my vision. The coloured ones are larger, the firefly ones are tiny and move around.

Anyone else have this?

I am 2.5 years post TBI.

KOM,

Stress can do funny things to vision.

My vision therapist tells me that vision uses 80% of our brain power and it doesn't take much added stress to drain some of that capacity and confuse eyes.

Stress affects my vision for certain but mostly in clarity and floaters.

Yes - mostly at night but can happen during the day with too much visual stimulation.
