Hi Mark, I've been taking the vitamin dose as above for the past 9 days. The days have unfortunately been really terrible for me. I have not had as many headaches and been so fatigued before. I fall asleep very early, sleep in, and then require naps throughout the day. Could any of the supplements I'm taking cause this extreme fatigue or increased headaches? I've also had quite an upset stomach for the past week. I really believe that one of, or the combination of vitamins, aren't agreeing with me. It seems like the most likely culprate for the headaches/fatigue would be the magnesium. What should I do? Reduce the magnesium dose or just take it at night? I've never been on a supplement regime like this before and don't know if it is only a coincidence that these symptoms have coincided with the regime.

It sounds like you are not getting good sleep. Do you snore ? What kind of dreams do you have ?

Fatigue and headaches often mean a sleep issue. Being asleep does not mean you are getting good sleep. When my sleep apnea is a problem, it does not matter how much I sleep. I still feel miserable, with headaches, fatigue and cognitive struggles.

When you say the vitamin dose, what are you specifically taking and in what quantity ? What time of day ? With meals or empty stomach ?

There are some versions of some supplements that people react to in their stomachs. I think some react to fish oil. You could try stopping the fish oil for a few days to see it it makes a difference.

You may benefit from krill oil. It is highly concentrated so little is needed and stomach upset is usually much less or not at all.
