Generic 'twist the head and pop the neck' chiros may not be the best for you. Some physical therapists can help. I bet you need some OCD help, too. It will take a lot of discipline on your part. Nobody else is going to fix you. They can only help you fix yourself. Read the link I posted. He specifically addresses computer users.
