Heart Support for Spouses of TBI/PCS survivors

I'm trying to learn how to deal with all the challenges of being the spouse of a TBI/Post Concussion Syndrome survivor. I'm looking to talk to others that are dealing with the same challenges, get some ideas on how to cope!
