What brands of Omega 3,6,9 are people using? I am having a problem with the one I am using. I have a fish oil taste in my mouth all day. I do not want to stop the regime so any advice would be helpful.

Some say the krill oil is good. You can also get Carlson's flavored fish oil. Or, take it before you eat a meal.

Default Vitacost.com BOGO sale on VitaCost brand

Vitacost.com has just announced a BOGO 50% off sale on Vitacost brand vitamins and supplements.

I use Vitacost almost exclusively and am pleased with their products. By taking advantage of BOGO sales, I keep my daily cost to 80 cents.

BOGO 50% off means you buy one and get the second at 50% off.

For those who use coconut oil in food, Vitacost's Certified Organic coconut oil has a light natural coconut flavor. My wife prefers it to Tropical Traditions brand and most others that have a bland flavor.
