The suggestions I have are:
Continued discipline and patience. Fish oil and vitamin A - carrots, pumpkin puree (pie filler), sweet potatoes - these I feel do help. It could be a placebo, but regardless, the body needs sufficient nutrients. As far as the motion on screens, I used to have real bad problems with it too. It's rarely an issue. If you are on a computer, you can close your eyes as you scrolll. |
