When you run, try running with ear plugs in so you can hear your foot plant. Then, you can modify your stride and foot plant to reduce the impact. It may require a different shoe. Many runners land on their heal. Landing on your toes can soften the foot plant. Landing with your knee slightly bent can also help.

Found out this week that I'm still sensitive to jarring/vibrations after a short easy ATV ride this past weekend.

Not exactly sure if it's my neck or something else (not having any major neck pain), but been feeling much worse these past 5 days, had to stop everything and stay at home. It's slowly getting better, but I'm definitely not doing something like this for a while.
