Default Visual Overload

What do you do when you're visually overloaded? I remember in Clark Elliot's book, he would stare at a wall. I started vision therapy up again last week and am doing a few exercises daily. I also started playing ping pong and am reading/studying more. Does this get better with time? Last year when I did vision therapy, I seemed to be visually overwhelmed a lot and had trouble concentrating. When I stopped the vision therapy, it got better, but I never resolved all of my neuro optometric problems.

I wore sunglasses inside for almost 3 years...I found it easier to look down....and my therapist wernt happy with that.

Long hospital halls still haunt me....

J,

I close my eyes for a few minutes when possible.

I had a difficult time for the first several weeks of therapy. I got headaches so bad I couldn't drive home (hour drive, my wife took me) and took hours after to settle down. I am back at therapy after the summer off now. I had a headache after the first appt but not one that left me wounded so to speak.
