Has your visual processing improved? I had to withdraw from a class because the textbook was visually overwhelming and I'd get visual overstimulation. I started vision therapy a few weeks ago, and I'm just wondering if I'll improve. I know every brain injury is different, but if it does not improve, I'll have to look elsewhere rather than going to school.
Also, do you have any workarounds with this? I've found that with my medical terminology class if I cover up the other page being viewed and cover up the parts of the page that I'm not looking at, it helps tremendously. |
