Default Brain Injury Cocktail - Reducing Damage

*What would be included in this cocktail? I'm wondering because I have a long life ahead of me; I'm twenty years old. And though I'm protective of my head, I understand that accidents happen.

So far I have: Fish Oil, Curcumin, Flavonoids, NAC (N-acetyl cysteine), B-vitamins, vitamin D, magnesium, and antioxidants (Vitamin C and E).

I take all of these already, minus the Vitamin E. *Another question I have is how important is a multivitamin and mineral for recovery?
