As I said, if you take it daily, it may cause low BP and dizziness every time to try to stand up. If you have high blood pressure, taking it daily would not be a problem. Plus, you want your brain's vascular structure to learn to properly maintain cerebral blood pressure without drugs.

What was your BP when you took it ?

I just took the full 20 like she initially wanted me to too. I just checked my blood pressure an hour after taking it. It was a normal pressure. Same as it was the other day I went to the hospital. I'll cut the pill in half next time and do it when my pressure spikes. The only way to do that is with a pill cutter?

I've used a kitchen knife to split pills. Put the pill on a cutting board. Position the knife blade over the pill and rap on the back of the knife blade. Or, you can just pinch the back of the blade with both hands and push down.

So, What is your normal BP ? How about pulse rate ?

Normal blood pressure I believe is anywhere from 122/82 to 125/88. The other day when my grandma took my pressure with the kit it was 139 over something.

I would not be surprised if you find the range to be much wider than 122/82 to 125/88. It could easily go 10 points lower. The 139 over something is getting a bit high, especially for a young person. That could be evidence of your anxiety. You should start charting your BP to find your range. Don't stress about it. This would be just to find your range of normal.

Chart when you get up, mid-day, and at night and any headaches. You may start to notice a pattern.

What is your anxiety about ?

Had an interesting reaction to the 20 mg I took yesterday. I think your right in that it was kind of strong. Well at first after 15 mins of taking it I had chest tightness but it went away when I stopped thinking about it and I felt great for like 6 hours and my blood pressure was normal. Later at one point I had shortness of breath for a second then it went away when I stopped thinking about it. I guess all of this is anxiety? Next time I'll cut it in half. I had a similar reaction once when I used to take adderal for add. Also sometiems when I even drink a cup of coffee I'll get heart palpitations. Hopefully the 10 mg will be ok
