Anxiety,
Welcome to NeuroTalk. I completely agree with the sports doc. Your reaction was anxiety. You convinced yourself that had a concussion and your anxiety created the nausea symptom. If this had been a concussion, there would have been an immediate symptom of visual disturbance, maybe a strange taste in your mouth, a bit of momentary confusion, nausea or some other symptom. Basically, you get a sense that 'Wow, what's going on ?' It may only last 10 or 20 seconds but it will happen. What has you so worried about concussions ?
